Tomika Flowers, LCSW
Tomika Flowers is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health, program development, and community advocacy. She currently serves in the federal government and also operates her own coaching and consulting business, Gutsy Black Girl, which empowers women—especially clinicians and helping professionals—to heal financial trauma, build wealth, and embrace entrepreneurship. A dynamic speaker and mentor, Tomika is passionate about helping social workers shift from survival mode to financial freedom by combining clinical expertise with practical business strategies. Her mission is rooted in integrity, access, and transformation.
